Yoga
Sarah originally found yoga in a small town in Iowa, but it wasn't until moving to California did the love affair with yoga truly blossom. Starting a more regular practice about 5 years ago, when she started Eastern Medical school. Sarah loves the mind, body, spirit connection that yoga brings her.

Taking a flow class with Sarah is a great workout for the body, but it also encourages a meditative state of mind, focusing on connecting breath to movement, and allows for a process of letting go of everyday worries to be present in the moment. This is what she loves about yoga, and what brings her to the mat each day.

Sarah also has an affinity for teaching yin yoga, as it challenges the mind and body to slow down and be comfortable in stillness. With training in Thai massage from the prestigious Watpo School in Thailand, she loves to incorporate hands-on adjustments that allow for a deeper assisted stretch and feel good massage techniques. Each yin class is unique, as she focuses on integrating aspects of acupuncture meridian theory into each asana, opening certain channels and balancing the whole body with this one of a kind holistic approach. You'll leave her classes feeling recharged, rejuvenated, and relaxed.
